Jeroen Sipman

Jeroen Sipman is an experienced advisor in the fields of research, data, and public transport, currently serving at Provincie Noord-Holland since November 2021 and as a Linking Pin/Policy Advisor for Amsterdam Smart City since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Advisor for Environmental Policies and a trainee at Provincie Noord-Holland from January 2017 to July 2020. Jeroen's research experience encompasses internships focused on T-cell expression at Sanquin and impulsive behavior in the medial prefrontal cortex at VU medisch centrum. Jeroen holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by a Gymnasium diploma from Mendelcollege, Haarlem.
