Molly Hill has seven years of professional work experience. In 2011, they began their career as a Publicist at Motormouthmedia, where they provided administrative support and managed a substantial client portfolio. In 2014, they became a Clinician's Assistant at LEEP Forward & Quantum LEEP Academy, where they provided structured support to numerous children with developmental delays and monitored their therapeutic progress. In 2019, they joined Heartland Alliance as an Early Childhood | Family Literacy Specialist | Refugee Resettlement, where they effectively led early childhood branch operations and used Salesforce (CRM) to track program enrollment and participation. In 2020, they became a Family Support Caseworker at Asian Human Services, Inc., where they utilized Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) software to track program enrollment, attendance, and grant requirements. In 2022, they joined Planet Healthcare as a National Healthcare Recruiter, where they managed competing priorities to successfully secure competitive placements for medical professionals nationwide. Finally, in 2022, they joined Provisio Partners as a Business Development Representative and Consultant, where they oversaw and conducted the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborated with teams to create and revise employee training systems, consulted with C-suite executives to build comprehensive onboarding processes, and supported potential candidates and new hires throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Molly Hill is currently in progress of obtaining their Salesforce Administrator Certification through Trailhead by Salesforce. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Eastern New Mexico University and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender, Women & Sexuality Studies from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Erikson Institute for the ASQ:SE-2 for Birth to Three Programs in May 2020 and is a Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN Approach) Level I Practitioner Certified and Family Specialist Credential (FSC) Level IV from the Illinois Gateways to Opportunity.
