Thiago do Nascimento Fontes has extensive work experience in software development and engineering roles. Thiago started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Atos in 2008 and later worked at Brasilprev as a Jr Software Developer, where they maintained and evolved various .Net applications and created SQL DTS packages.

Thiago then joined Itau-Unibanco as a Software Engineer, where they successfully migrated a critical .Net legacy application into Itau's private cloud environment and configured and supported the CI/CD pipeline.

Thiago worked at FINCS as a Full-Stack Developer, where they designed and implemented new features and performed bug fixing on a .Net bonds pricing calculator.

Thiago also worked at Confidential Financial Inc as a Senior Software Engineer, collaborating with the project architect to design and implement a .Net core library for a back-office financial application.

At Centennial College, they worked as a Student Researcher and Senior Full-Stack Engineer, leading the design and implementation of a .Net core API solution for an automated cooking device project.

Thiago joined Quad Infotech Inc. as a Senior Full-Stack Developer, where they designed and implemented client-facing Angular 11 web apps and distributed web APIs using .Net 5.

Thiago later worked at Flinks as a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer, actively participating in product roadmap building and communication with third-party partners. Thiago also tracked and solved scaling issues for the institution manager rollout.

Currently, Thiago is the Lead Developer at Provision Analytics, where they assume a leadership role in development projects.

Thiago do Nascimento Fontes has a diverse education history. Thiago began their academic journey in 2006 at Universidade Paulista, where they pursued and successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. After graduating in 2009, Thiago obtained a certification from Microsoft as a Microsoft Technology Specialist in .Net 2.0.

In 2014, Thiago continued their education by enrolling in Escola Politécnica da USP, where they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking Information Technology. Thiago completed their studies in this field in 2016.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Thiago obtained two additional certifications. In 2009, they acquired a certification in Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft. Later, in 2017, they earned the IELTS General Training certification from the British Council, demonstrating their proficiency in English language skills.

Seeking further specialization, Thiago pursued an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering Technology at Centennial College starting in 2019. Thiago completed their studies in this program in 2020.
