Marc Blakey

Marc Blakey has extensive experience in the field of medical physics and treatment planning. Marc currently holds the position of VP of Medical Physics and Treatment Planning at Tennessee Oncology, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Medical Physics & Treatment Planning at Provision Healthcare since July 2020. From February 2018 to September 2022, they were the Director of Medical Physics at Provision CARES Proton Therapy - Nashville. Before that, they held the role of Medical Physics Manager at Provision Cares Proton Therapy Center from September 2015 to February 2018. Marc also worked as a Senior Medical Physicist at Provision Center for Proton Therapy from September 2013 to September 2015. Marc'scareer started at Tennova Healthcare in July 2008 as a Medical Physicist, where they worked until August 2013.

Marc Blakey has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Ball State University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2006. Furthermore, they pursued higher education and earned a Master's degree in Medical Physics from Vanderbilt University between 2006 and 2008.
