Kelsey Zarbock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in budget management and public administration. Currently serving as Budget Officer and Controller for Provo City since September 2016, Kelsey is responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports and coordinating annual budget processes in collaboration with HR and department directors. Kelsey has previously held positions such as Management and Policy Analyst for the Provo City Council, where efforts included enhancing public understanding of city financial matters and aligning the city's General Plan with strategic priorities. Prior to that, experience includes working as a Management Intern for the City of Orem, where Kelsey developed the city's first long-term disaster recovery plan, and multiple roles during academic tenure at Brigham Young University, where accomplishments included coordinating educational programs and supporting political science instruction. Kelsey holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
