Intikhab Alam

Intikhab Alam has a wealth of experience in the IT field, beginning with their role as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Descon Information Systems from 2005 to 2007. Intikhab then moved on to Pisigma Group, where they served as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer from 2007 to 2007. In 2007, they began working at CMA CGM Systems as a Software Release Engineer, a position they held until 2009. During this time, they designed and implemented the ITR system to automate release deployment and provided support and administration of configuration tools. Intikhab then worked as a Configuration & Change Coordinator at Dubai Customs from 2009 to 2010, followed by a role as a Configuration Manager at the Ministry of Labor - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Airbus Defence and Space as a Configuration & Change Manager, NSS Qatar. During this time, they worked with the Cloud-based Configuration Management team to access the solution and developed and delivered a solution for NSS Qatar. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at ETEL Ltd. as a Consultant, where they passed Microsoft Azure Fundamentals & Administrator certifications and developed Purchasing department processes in Promapp. In 2020, they began working at BoardPro as a DevOps Engineer, where they replicated a full PROD environment for load testing and disaster recovery using Infrastructure as Code and automated the Build deployment using Azure DevOps. Finally, they are currently employed at Provoke Solutions as a Senior Cloud Engineer, a position they have held since 2022.

Intikhab Alam has a Master of Data Analytics from the Auckland University of Technology, with a focus on Data Processing and Data Processing Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences from Hajvery University between 2000 and 2004.
