Marléne Koekemoer

Marléne Koekemoer has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1998. Marléne began their career as a Client Services Clerk/Call Centre Agent at Absa Group. Marléne then moved to Acctech Systems as a Business Analyst in 2007. From 2008 to 2018, they worked at JSE Limited in various roles, including Application Delivery Manager, Lead Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. In 2018, they joined IQbusiness South Africa as an Agile Consultant/Scrum Master. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Assurity Consulting as a Service Development Manager and Agile Consultant. Currently, they are a Senior Business Analyst & Agile Coach at Provoke Solutions.

Marléne Koekemoer completed their matric at Waterkloof High School in 1997. In 2009, they obtained a Diploma NQF Level 6 from the Faculty Training Institute in Business Analysis. In 2012-2013, they completed a Fundamental Management Programme at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in Business Leadership. In 2016-2017, they obtained a Manager of Others Certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand in Management Information Systems, General. In 2017, they completed an Agile Bootcamp at IQ Business. In 2018, they obtained a PSM I Certification from Scrum.org in Agile Scrum Master. Marléne Koekemoer also has additional certifications, such as Agile Analysis Weekly Tips from LinkedIn in 2021, Requirements Elicitation and Analysis from LinkedIn in 2021, ICAgile Authorised Instructor from ICAgile in 2019, and FMP from UNISA in 2013.
