Rajiv Rajusha has a wealth of experience in the business sector. Rajiv began their career in 2011 as a Relationship Manager at Citibank India, where they worked with business partners to strategize and manage business across Retail Assets. In 2014, they became Business Head at VPHL, and then in 2015, they founded Bhupaha Marketing LLP, a business partner for banks and NBFCs to market their retail asset products. In 2016, they re-structured Bhupaha as Bigdeal Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., and grew the business to 12 million INR (about 240,000 NZ$) turnover in the first year of business. In 2018, they became a Business Consultant at IMA India, consulting C-suite executives at major Indian companies and advising them about IMA's market research products. In 2019, they became Duty Manager & Host at Social Cooking. Currently, they are the Demand Generation & Partnership Manager at Provoke Solutions.

Rajiv Rajusha has a diverse educational background. Rajiv obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology in 2007, majoring in ICT. Rajiv then went on to pursue a PGDM from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2011, majoring in Marketing. In 2019, they began studying at the Auckland University of Technology, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Creative Technologies, with a focus on Qualitative Research, Transdisciplinary Research, Human Computer Interaction, and Design. Rajiv has also obtained certifications from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy and LinkedIn in 2020 and 2019 respectively.
