Rafael Baisi

Rafael Baisi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rafael currently holds the position of COO at Provu since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Hudson Advisors L.P. from 2020 to 2022, where they served as a Financial Services Associate and also took on the role of Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at Provu. Before this, Rafael was the Portfolio & IT Manager and Consumer Credit at Apoema Servicing from 2018 to 2020. In 2017, they co-founded Intrum and held the positions of CTO, COO, and Portfolio Manager. Rafael played a key role in closing the first servicing contract and developing the company's IT department and collection system. Rafael also worked at Click SA as a Portfolio & IT Project Manager from 2013 to 2017, where they managed acquisitions and credit originations. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Development Manager at Hand Tecnologia and as an Account Manager at Superbid.

Rafael Baisi was a student at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2001 to 2004, where they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they attended Universidade Paulista and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Rafael then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Project Management with an emphasis on PMI at Faculdade Impacta Tecnologia from 2012 to 2014.
