Linoy Solomon

Linoy Solomon currently serves as a Market Access Project Manager at Astellas Pharma Europe, having progressed through various roles including Project Specialist, Project Administrator, and Internship in organizational psychology since November 2017. Linoy is also an alumni of the Leumi Innovation Project and the ProWoman Organization, recognizing outstanding academic achievements from the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at IDC. Previous professional experience includes managerial positions at Seatro restaurant and moses restaurants, as well as a role as Sales and Marketing Manager at Seacret. Linoy served as an Observer in the Israel Defence Forces from April 2010 to March 2012. Academically, Linoy holds dual Bachelor degrees in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing and Psychology with a focus on Behavioral Economics & Decision-making from Reichman University, completed in 2019.
