Inna Nesterenko

Inna Nesterenko has extensive experience in the field of IT recruitment. Inna started their career as a Recruiter/HR Specialist at ReDeCo in December 2012 and worked there until November 2014. From November 2014 to September 2017, they worked as a Freelance Recruiter. In September 2017, they joined Luxoft as an IT Researcher, responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates for IT positions. Inna worked at Luxoft until March 2018. In March 2018, they joined KaaIoT as an IT Recruiter, where they performed full lifecycle recruitment and maintained relationships with candidates until October 2019. From March 2018 to October 2019, they also worked as an IT Recruiter at CyberVision, where they handled full lifecycle recruitment and collaborated with internal hiring managers. Currently, Inna Nesterenko is working as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proxet, a software company that builds software solutions for various types of businesses.

Inna Nesterenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Borys Grinchenko Kiev University from 2007 to 2012. Inna then pursued a Master's degree in medical psychology at Interregional Academy of Personal Management, Institute of Social Sciences and Self-governance from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Inna has obtained various certifications and completed training programs. Inna has completed recruiter training courses such as "Recruiter Training - Hire Top Employees in 30 days" and "Recruitment Interviewing Essentials: Interviewing Made Easy" at Udemy in 2020.
