Hande Kayadeniz Torkan

Hande Torkan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and business development. Currently serving as a Developer Success Coach at Proxify since December 2022, Hande also runs a coaching practice, specializing as a Professional Life Coach, Career Coach, and Executive Coach since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Hande worked as a Business Development Manager at VirtualMetric B.V. and spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, where responsibilities included managing the MVP Community Program for the Middle East and Africa and overseeing business planning and marketing processes. Hande began a career in customer service at Hyatt Regency, where budget management and guest relations were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Boğaziçi University and a high school diploma from the American International School of Jeddah.
