Jim MacDougall

Jim MacDougall has extensive experience in HR and HR services transformation. Jim currently holds the position of VP People at Proximie. Previously, they worked at Revolut as VP People. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Amazon, including Director of HR Services Transformation and Director of HR Services. Jim also served as the Head of UK & EMEA HR Shared Services at UBS and worked as an HR Project Manager Organizational Design (Interim) at Deutsche Bank. Other positions they have held include Shared Services Consultant (Interim) at Aon Hewitt, HR Programme, Systems & Planning Manager (Interim) at LOCOG 2012, (Interim) Head of European HR Operations at Yahoo! Europe, Group HR Shared Service Manager at Vodafone Group Services, and HR Transformation Manager at Siemens Business Services. Jim MacDougall has a strong background in driving transformation and change projects in HR services.

Jim MacDougall completed their MBA from 2005 to 2007, specializing in MBA. Prior to that, they attended the University of Nottingham from 1992 to 1995. In 2020, they also attended MCIPD but did not receive a degree or pursue any specific field of study.
