Craig Hiorns has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Craig has worked in roles such as Internal Communication and Employee Engagement Lead at Proximo Group, ERAC Team Leader, Claims Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, Senior Claims Handler, and Claims Handler at the same company. Craig Hiorns obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from The Open University from 2009 to 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Shrewsbury Colleges Group, starting in 2023. Craig also holds a certification as a Member (MIIC) from the Institute of Internal Communication obtained in March 2023 and is a certified Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
