Brandon Dickerson

Brandon Dickerson is an experienced Engineering Project Manager at Proximo Spirits, overseeing capital projects for packaging and process operations since March 2014, with a focus on improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) across multiple sites. Prior to this role, Brandon served as Automation Systems Lead Engineer at E-Technologies Group from 2010 to March 2014, managing and consulting on engineering projects to enhance automation and control systems for various manufacturing clients. Brandon's career began at Kao USA as a Process Controls Engineer from 2002 to 2010, where responsibilities included electrical design, installation, and programming for process engineering projects. Earlier experience includes roles as an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Aero Propulsion Support and as an Electrical Technician at Cincinnati Incorporated, where Brandon contributed to the assembly and testing of machine tools while collaborating with engineers to improve quality and reliability. Brandon holds a degree from Purdue University, attended from 1993 to 1996.
