Michael Sosa Ea, Ctp, Mst

Michael Sosa, EA, CTP, MST is currently the Director of Treasury, Tax and Corporate Projects at Proximo Spirits since July 2013. Prior to this role, Michael served as Controller/Corporate Secretary at William Grant & Sons from December 1998 to May 2013. With a background in the military, Michael also held various leadership positions in the US Army, including Company Commander and Company Executive Officer. Additionally, Michael worked as a Controller at Airgas from April 1991 to October 1998. Michael holds a MS in Taxation from Seton Hall University, a Certificate of Achievement in Treasury Management from New York Institute of Technology, and a BS in Accounting from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark.
