Sami Salman

Sami Salman is a highly experienced professional in supply chain management with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Integrated Supply Chain at Proximo Spirits since April 2024, Sami previously held the position of V.P Supply Chain for North America at Bacardi from July 2018 to January 2023. Prior roles include Senior Director of Supply Chain Optimization and Senior Director of Purchasing & Logistics at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and V.P Operations / Supply Chain Director for the Americas at Bacardi, where responsibilities included overseeing six manufacturing facilities and enhancing financial and operational performance across key business processes. Sami's earlier career involved roles at Royal Caribbean Group and Baxter International Inc., focusing on logistics and supply chain management.
