Matt Calton

Matt Calton has over two decades of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Associate Director of Integrated Supply Chain at BD since 2001. In this role, Matt implements supply chain, procurement, and operations strategies for 20 product lines that generate over $1 billion in annual revenue, effectively liaising with manufacturing plants and external vendors. Previous roles at BD include Worldwide Supply Chain Manager, where Matt led global supply chain planning, and Worldwide Supply Network Planner, responsible for strategy development in raw materials and production scheduling. Early career experience includes serving as Outsource Program Manager at HARMAN International, overseeing outsourced production and collaborating on vendor management. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
