Geert Biesemans

Geert Biesemans has extensive experience in quality and process management within the telecommunications industry, holding various roles at Proximus since January 2002, including Internal Lead Auditor for ISO standards and Knowledge Manager. Responsibilities encompassed managing operational projects, process improvement, and ensuring ISO certification, along with training and change management. Geert has successfully driven initiatives such as the Houston Project to enhance customer satisfaction and has contributed significantly through other key operational projects. Prior experience includes positions as Internal Auditor at DAF Trucks and Sales at Van Looy nv, complemented by ownership of Discobar BSL, providing entertainment services.
