Hanne Sterk

Hanne Sterk is an experienced professional specializing in design thinking, business transformation, and executive coaching. Currently serving as the Design Thinking Lead at Proximus since August 2021, Hanne previously worked at Untaylored as a Business & Innovation Design Workshop & Lead Facilitator from March 2018 to August 2021. Hanne's background includes a role as an Executive Coach specializing in Mediation & Negotiation from June 2017 to July 2019, as well as significant experience at Securitas Belgium from February 2012 to March 2018, where responsibilities included Change Manager for new business initiatives and Business Transformation Manager. Hanne initiated the "Proud to wear Securitas program" to design new uniforms for 5000 guards and contributed to the adoption of innovative technology solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at Optimit and Crime Control, focusing on security consulting, training, and product development. Hanne holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from KU Leuven, earned between 2004 and 2008.
