Arthur Chien

Arthur Chien is a senior mechanical and process engineer with extensive experience in product development and manufacturing. Currently at Proxy since December 2019, Arthur specializes in managing product development from design to manufacturing while troubleshooting manufacturing processes to ensure quality and yield rates. Previously, at Motiv Inc from October 2016 to December 2019, Arthur held a similar role focusing on product development and manufacturing process optimization. Arthur has also served as a senior manager at Simplo Technology, leading a team of engineers for notable projects such as the Apple Battery Project, which involved discussions on design for manufacturability (DFM) and enhancing supplier capabilities. Additionally, during tenure at Dynapack Technology from October 2004 to July 2016, Arthur led engineering teams in product development and was instrumental in designing the first-generation batteries for Apple products. Arthur Chien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lunghwa University of Science and Technology.
