Ana Sofia Cardoso is a skilled Food Technologist at Prozis since September 2021, having previously held a position in Innovation and Product Development at Cerealis from September 2019 to September 2021. Ana Sofia completed a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and Innovation from Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto in 2020, following a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Microbiology from the same institution in 2017.
