Inês Moura

Inês Moura is a Nutrition Labelling and Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Prozis since January 2020, with expertise in product legal compliance, labelling development for various markets, and customer support in the food sector, including experience with functional and frozen foods. Previously, Inês worked as a Food Quality Technician at Brasmar, focusing on labelling compliance and product control for fishery products, and held the position of Quality Technician at ÉS Segurança, where technical evaluations and legislative applications were performed. Inês holds a Master's degree in Ciências do Consumo e Nutrição from Universidade do Porto and a Bachelor's degree in Bioquímica from Universidade do Minho.
