Colleen Gants

Colleen Gants is a seasoned communications and government relations professional with extensive experience in infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Principal at PRR since June 2003, Colleen specializes in developing strategies for national clients in water and transportation sectors, including initiatives related to water treatment and high-speed rail programs. Prior to this, Colleen worked with the Washington State Department of Transportation from 2003 to January 2011 as a communications consultant for the I-405/SR 167 Corridor and Express Toll Lanes. Colleen's career also includes roles as Marketing Manager at Parametrix, Inc., Director of Admissions and Marketing at Holy Names Academy, and Chapter Consultant for Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity, Inc. Colleen holds a B.A. in English from the University of Washington, where education was completed from 1982 to 1986.
