Ella Harley

Ella Harley is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at PRS for Music since September 2022. Previously, Ella held the position of People & Culture Business Partner at ACC New Zealand and worked at Deloitte for nearly three years, progressing through roles from Consultant to Manager in Human Capital Consulting. Ella's background includes significant experience at Mondelēz International, where roles ranged from Junior HR Manager to Employee Relations Specialist, effectively supporting various business functions and leading key HR initiatives. Ella also has prior leadership experience as a Team Leader at Childreach International and provided HR support during an internship at Rolls-Royce.
