Martin Maguire

Martin Maguire has a diverse work experience starting from 2006 when they worked as a Personal Banker at Barclays. In this role, they handled various tasks such as opening and administering accounts, issuing loans and credit cards, and identifying sales opportunities.

Since 2008, Martin has been working at PRS for Music, where they have taken on multiple roles. Martin started as a Music Sales Advisor and later became the UK Music Survey & LCS Coordinator. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Key Accounts Manager, specifically focusing on live events, local authorities, and universities.

In 2017, Martin took on the role of Membership Development Manager, specifically focusing on the live sector of the music industry. After that, they became the Head of Publisher Support and Relationships at PRS for Music. Currently, Martin is serving as the Director of Business Development (Membership) & Publisher Relations.

Martin Maguire has a education history that includes completing their PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management at APMG in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Level 3 Leadership and Management certification from the Institute of Leadership & Management from 2014 to 2015. Martin also holds a degree in Music Industry Management and Marketing from Buckinghamshire New University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Before attending university, they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Music Technology and City & Guilds Sound Engineering at City of Westminster College from 2001 to 2003.
