Sara Fallon

Sara Fallon has over 25 years of experience in strategic system design, project management, and operational oversight. Currently serving as the Head of Business Systems at PRS for Music since July 2008, Sara leads a team of analysts to align transformation projects with business objectives. Previously, as Technical Lead for Analysis & Design in the CIO function at PRS, responsibilities included overseeing project implementations within Oracle Applications. Earlier roles include Operations/Project Manager at i2i Media, where Sara managed day-to-day operations for a streaming media startup, and Business Solutions Consultant at Independent Insurance, focusing on business process reengineering and project management for strategic initiatives.
