Sabrina Browne is a board member at PRSA-NY and a former PR consultant with BCW Global and Emerge New Jersey. Browne has extensive experience in public relations, event coordination, and social media management.
Browne began their career in 2015 with Emerge New Jersey, where they successfully implemented two major client events, increased the organization's Facebook likes by 77% and Twitter following by 46%, and executed public relations strategies that articulates the organization’s mission, vision and voice. In addition to their work with Emerge New Jersey, Browne has also coordinated events with elected officials in New Jersey including Governor Phil Murphy, Lieutenant Governor Sheila Oliver, U.S. Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, U.S. Senator Cory Booker and Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop.
In their current role as a board member at PRSA-NY, Browne is responsible for championing an increased understanding – and a deeper appreciation of the value of social media across the organization. Browne is also researching and recommending tools to support the organization’s growth and improve operations.
Sabrina Browne has a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from Seton Hall University, a Bachelor of the Arts in Public Relations from Seton Hall University, and a high school diploma in Business Administration and Management from Colonia High School. Sabrina also has certification in Public Relations and Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University.
