Kim Chong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations transformation and management within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Operations Transformation at Pru Life UK since September 2018, Kim Chong specializes in performance analytics, delivery excellence, process excellence, and operations risk management. Prior to this role, Kim Chong held various leadership positions at Philam Life, including Assistant Vice President and Head of New Business and Underwriting, and Vice President and Head of Corporate Solutions Operations, focusing on new business processing and claims administration.
