Dan Cabic currently serves as a Senior CADD Technician at Prudent Engineering since March 2023. With a long-standing career at NYSDOT starting in March 1998, Dan has held multiple roles, including ITS2, where technical assistance is provided for Culvert, Bridge, and Overhead Sign Structure design as a Structures Design Squad member. Dan also contributed as an Information Technologist 2, managing the IT Unit for the Utica facility and supporting several sub-regional offices. Early in the career, Dan worked as a Civil Engineer 1, offering technical support and training for CADD software users within the organization. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Cartography from the University at Buffalo and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Finger Lakes Community College.
