Vinayak Bhadgal

Vinayak Bhadgal is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President (Special Lines & Affinity) at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd since September 2021, focusing on building partnerships in Affinity and Consumer Insurance. Prior to this, Vinayak held multiple positions at Marsh from February 2015 to December 2021, culminating as Executive Vice President & Regional Practice Leader for Consumer and Healthcare in Northern and Eastern regions. Vinayak also founded India Insurance Intermediary Advisory Services (IIIAS) from November 2012 to February 2015, providing consultancy services to insurance intermediaries. Early career experience includes roles at Shriram Life Insurance and Aviva Life Insurance, alongside a solid educational background with a Master of Science in Actuarial Management from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
