James Jones

James Jones is an experienced IT support professional with a diverse background in desktop support, systems administration, and network management. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Specialist at Prudent Technologies, James is responsible for imaging, encrypting, and setting up computer systems for user onboarding, along with inventory control. Previously held positions include IT Support Specialist at NCDOT, where James installed and configured security software and managed network setups via VPN, and IT Support Specialist at the EPA, where expertise in Microsoft technologies was utilized to develop and implement enterprise-level infrastructure.
