Mercy Francisca Hutahaean

Mercy Francisca Hutahaean currently serves as Director of Legal & Government Relations for Prudential Indonesia since January 2024, holding a significant role in the Global Leadership Team and Indonesia Executive Committee, with responsibilities that include overseeing legal matters, managing litigation, and advocating for alignment with company policies. Previously, Mercy held the position of Legal & Government Relations Director at Kawan Lama Group, managing the legal affairs of the Group, and served as Legal & External Affairs Director at British American Tobacco Indonesia. Mercy's extensive experience spans various leadership roles in legal and compliance functions within significant organizations, beginning as an Associate Lawyer at The Law Offices of Wiriadinata & Widyawan and extending over two decades across multiple industries. Mercy holds a Bachelor of Law degree in Law of Economic Transactions from Universitas Padjadjaran, obtained in 1996.
