Esther Lim

Esther Lim has extensive experience in various marketing and consulting roles. Currently, they work as a Director at Prudential Services Singapore Pte Ltd, leading the pilot Learning & Development COE. In this role, they manage a team of writers, designers, and content creators to shape the behaviors of Prudential's Agency force across multiple markets.

Before joining Prudential, Esther worked as a Freelance Consultant, providing their expertise independently. Prior to that, they served as a Content Delivery Lead at PayPal, where they ensured the flawless delivery of content across multiple channels in the APAC region and improved the brand's connection with key customer segments.

Esther also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Chandler Macleod Group for Facebook Singapore, where they supported B2B marketing campaigns for the APAC region. Earlier in their career, Esther served as a Senior Account Director at Tag Worldwide and held positions as an Associate Account Director/Account Director at various agencies and a Senior Account Manager at BBDO Singapore Pte Ltd.

Additionally, they have worked as an Account Manager at 10AM Communications Pte. Ltd. and TBWA\\ Group Singapore, where they managed accounts and executed successful campaigns for clients such as BMW Asia and Lion Corporation.

Esther Lim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Advertising & Retail Management from the National University of Singapore, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Esther also holds additional certifications in Scrum (both Advanced and The Basics), Google Analytics Essential Training, and Online Marketing Foundations, obtained from LinkedIn in 2020 and 2021.
