Safwan Zahari

Safwan Zahari is an experienced professional currently serving as a PRU Venture Manager at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad and Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad since July and June 2022, respectively. In addition, Safwan holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at MYNEF Academy Sdn Bhd since January 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Asean Rice Bowl Startup Awards from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included Platform & Event Lead, Nomination & Competition Lead, and Competition & Event Support. Safwan also contributed significantly to the New Entrepreneurs Foundation (myNEF) as Assistant Vice President, leading initiatives such as the AWANI RANGERS program, The Foundation, SUPERBXCEL, and BAHTERA 2015. These roles reflect a strong commitment to empowering individuals and businesses through innovative programs and support.
