Amy Sulzman

Amy Sulzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, culture, and inclusion within the financial services industry. Since joining Prudential Financial in February 2014, Amy has held pivotal roles such as Director of Culture & Inclusion, Director of Learning Programs, Director of Workforce Analytics for Future of Work, and Director of Talent Programs for Future of Work. Key accomplishments include developing executive leadership programs, implementing metrics for racial equity, and driving talent mobility in response to market changes. Prior experience at JPMorgan Chase involved crafting employee engagement and volunteerism initiatives, while earlier roles at J.P. Morgan and Wright Investors' Service focused on investment analytics and client relations.
