Eileen Forrest

Eileen Forrest is a seasoned financial services professional currently serving as Regional Director and Partner at Prudential Financial since December 2020, where Eileen oversees the recruitment, development, and productivity of the Empire City Financial Group. Prior to this role, Eileen held several positions at AXA US from April 2013 to January 2020, including Head of Distribution and Marketing, where Eileen spearheaded the launch of a new Employee Benefits business and managed sales distribution and marketing strategies. As President of AXA Network, Eileen led operations and P&L functions, achieving a 15% increase in premium and generating over $650 million in life and annuity premium. Earlier in her career at AXA, Eileen was Head of Sales Support, responsible for supporting over 5,500 financial professionals and managing a large team. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Arizona State University, which was completed in 1999.
