Jeffrey Clott has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at Prudential Financial since October 1997. Clott has held various leadership positions within the company, including Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Global Technology and Chief Legal Officer for the US Customer Office. Additionally, Clott served as Chief Operations Officer for Law, Compliance, Business Ethics & External Affairs, and as Vice President & Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Prudential, Clott was a Legal Associate at Clemente, Dickson & Mueller, P.A. Clott earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University.
