Kim Gillman

Kim Gillman serves as Vice President, Talent Catalyst, and Vice President, Learning Programs at Prudential Financial since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing leadership and executive development initiatives aimed at cultivating a diverse generation of leaders. Previously, Kim held the position of Managing Director at Taproot Foundation for nearly seven years, leading national consultancy efforts to enhance pro bono services for social good organizations. Kim's earlier roles included Individual Giving Manager at City Year New York, where fundraising strategies and donor relations were managed, and participation in the prestigious Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs. Educational achievements include an MS in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a BA in Sociology and Writing from Ithaca College.
