Nitin Dharrao

Nitin Dharrao is currently serving as the Director of IT Delivery & Solution Architecture at Prudential Financial since June 2024. Previously, Nitin worked as an Enterprise Architect and Field CTO at ServiceNow from December 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities included offering Enterprise Architecture consulting, engaging with customer executives, leading architecture engagements, and creating best practices for Enterprise Service Management. Nitin’s experience also includes roles at CNA Insurance as Director of Enterprise Architecture, where Nitin developed technology roadmaps and managed significant portfolios, and at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Sr. Manager of Projects, overseeing large CRM implementations. With a solid foundation in technology architecture, cloud solutions, and application development, Nitin has demonstrated expertise in driving transformation through strategic technology initiatives across various organizations. Nitin holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
