Sebastian Unger is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Prudential Financial's Retirement Strategies Organization, Sebastian has held various leadership roles within Prudential, including HR Global Lead for International Operations and Regional Lead for the Asia Region. Previous experience includes significant positions at PepsiCo, where Sebastian developed global talent management strategies for both the Finance and R&D sectors. Sebastian's career commenced at Prudential as a Talent Management Consultant and includes early work as a Human Resources Business Partner at Net at Work Inc. Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Syracuse University.
