Alexina Chipimo has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and insurance industries. Alexina has the most recent role as the Head of Customer Experience at Prudential Life Assurance Zambia, where they developed and implemented strategies to align customer service with business objectives. Alexina successfully launched a call center and improved customer satisfaction rates with their deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Market Operations at Airtel T/A Celtel Zambia PLC, where they drove market share objectives and ensured superior service in retail stores. Alexina also has experience as a Retail Experience Manager and Retail Experience Executive, where they defined performance targets and monitored key performance indicators (KPIs). Earlier in their career, Alexina held roles as a Customer Centre Team Leader, Customer Service Representative, and Call Centre Agent, where they provided exceptional customer service, resolved customer queries, and upsold products and services.
Alexina Chipimo has an extensive education history. Alexina obtained a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Liverpool from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Cambridge International College from 2012 to 2014. In 2003 to 2005, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration at Zambia Insurance Business College Trust.
In addition to their formal education, Alexina has also obtained certifications to enhance their skill set. In October 2020, they completed the "Managing for Operational Excellence" certification from Skillsoft. Before that, in September 2020, they obtained the "Genius Partnerships" certification from the same institution.
