Harold Mooya

Harold Mooya is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Manager of Pay Point Liaison and Relationship Management at Prudential Life Assurance Zambia since June 2018. Previously, Harold worked as the Deputy Manager of Individual Life Operations, focusing on policy analysis and financial reconciliations, and as a Bank Administration Executive, where responsibilities included supporting core insurance operations and executing financial strategies. Prior experience includes a role as a Policy Services Assistant at Prudential Life Assurance Zambia and Customer Service Executive at Varun Beverages Limited. Harold is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of Lusaka, expected to graduate in June 2024.
