Mulenga Ndakala

Mulenga Ndakala currently serves as Team Leader for Life Assurance Policies Sales at Prudential Life Assurance Zambia since November 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Marketing and Fundraising Manager at Njovu Zambia from August 2017 to November 2020 and Public Relations Head, as well as Sales and Marketing Executive at Mika Group of Hotels from February 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, Mulenga held the position of Office Manager at Power Surge Property Maintenance & Contractors Ltd in 2013 and worked as a P.A. and front desk staff at sbm&ejs change agency in 2012, focusing on customer relations. Mulenga holds a Certificate in Diplomatic Practice, Protocol and Public Relations from the Zambia Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies and a CIM in Marketing from the Zambia Center for Accountancy Studies.
