Mitchell Reed has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Partner at PGIM Private Capital since July 1995, where notable responsibilities include membership in the Investment Committee and leadership over the San Francisco and Sydney Global Corporate Finance offices. Reed has advanced through various roles in the organization, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, and has played a key part in the firm's direct lending program. Prior to joining PGIM, Reed participated in management development programs at Prudential Financial from July 1991 to July 1995, focusing on both the insurance and investment divisions. Reed holds an AB in Russian from Amherst College, earned between 1987 and 1991.
