Since our establishment in 1994, Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty has served the needs of Bay County Florida and its surrounding counties and towns. These include Panama City, Panama City Beach, Callaway, Parker, Springfield, Lynn Haven, Cedar Grove, Chipley, Tyndall Air Force Base, Mexico Beach, Wewahitchka, West Bay, Ebro, Defuniak Springs, Destin, Sandestin, Seaside to the unique towns and Beaches of South Walton and 30A including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove Beach, Watersound, Watercolor. We expanded into the Forgotten Coast in 2009 with the merger of an office on St. George Island in Franklin County. We also have an onsite slaes office located inside Venture Out Resort in Panama City Beach. We have 3 main offices from Bay to Franklin County serving both the residential & commercial real estate markets, which include homes, condominiums, multi-family housing, vacant land, farms and small business properties for sale or lease, commercial land and industrial land.
