Sarah Sulistio

Sarah Sulistio is an accomplished product strategy expert, currently serving as the Head of Product Strategy at Prudential plc since May 2025. Previously, Sarah held the position of Founder-in-Residence at Antler for a brief period in early 2025 and was a Principal Product Manager at Thoughtworks from April 2016 to April 2025. At Thoughtworks, Sarah shaped the product management practice, led the Innovation Studio for Southeast Asia, developed strategic partnerships, and drove product development across various emerging technologies. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in History of Art and Architecture and East Asian Studies from Boston University, complemented by studies at Tsinghua University.
