Barnaby Harkins

Barnaby Harkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government relations, project management, and business development, particularly in the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Lead at Pruitt since February 2020, Barnaby also holds the role of Owner and Managing Director of Government Relations at PBH Strategies, where responsibilities include advocating for public finance, environmental policies, and managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at McGuireWoods Consulting, where management of the federal transportation and infrastructure practice took place, and as Senior Legislative Assistant and Policy Director in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Tom Davis. Barnaby Harkins holds a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University.
