Ondrej Kasparek

Ondrej Kasparek serves as the PrusaLab Director at Prusa Research s.r.o. since August 2018, overseeing the first Prague-based fablab that integrates various prototyping technologies while promoting innovative initiatives such as a hardware accelerator program and art installations. As the Founder and Senior Consultant of Make More since April 2018, Ondrej supports the maker movement in the Czech Republic, aiming to popularize technology and creative making. Ondrej also founded and manages the Prague Maker Faire, a festival celebrating creativity and innovation. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of Budweis 2028, Founder and Curator of Pilsen Design Week, and Director of the Center for Creative Enterprise at DEPO2015. Ondrej's background includes program management for the European Capital of Culture Pilsen 2015 and evaluation work for the Ludus Festival in Leeds. Ondrej holds an MA in Culture Creativity and Entrepreneurship from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in Arts Management from Prague University of Economics and Business.
