Lauren Ghrist

Lauren Ghrist has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked at FSA Management Group, where they held positions such as Executive Director, Program Manager, and Membership and Communications Manager. In 2010, they became a Yoga Instructor at Yoga East and continued teaching yoga until 2014. From 2011 to 2014, they also worked as a Yoga Instructor at Betsy's Hot Yoga Louisville and Baptist Health/Milestone Wellness Center. In 2011, they joined lululemon as a Store Manager and later became a Showroom Manager, holding both positions until 2017. Most recently, they have been working at Prüvit, where they started as the Director of Creative & Culture in 2017 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing Operations since February 2019.

Lauren Ghrist attended the University of Louisville from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication.
